How to Start a Return: If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you have 30 days after receiving it to request a return. To start the process, simply contact our dedicated support team at support@masseva.com.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For any questions regarding eligibility.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@masseva.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue immediately and make it right, ensuring you receive a perfect replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Return Process & Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via support@masseva.com will not be accepted.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us immediately at support@masseva.com.
